Hello everyone!
Today I would like to explain a little about the printing of ladeco sneakers. The printing of ladeco sneakers is done in a flat state before it is molded into the shape of the shoe using a high-performance printer, so the print is very beautiful with little blurring or smudges.
High-performance digital printing allows for photographs and fine detail to be produced.
Currently, there are several services in Japan that allow you to create your own original sneakers, but most of them print on the molded sneakers. The print is done as shown in the photo below.
There are many printing methods out there, but most of them require the surface to be flat before printing can take place. For inkjet printing, a 1mm difference in height is not acceptable. Therefore, when printing on molded sneakers, a flat surface is created on the sneaker as shown in the photo. Of course, printing is not possible on places that cannot be made flat, such as the heel or toe. This printing method was created as a last resort. The sneakers themselves require mass production of white sneakers.
Sneaker factories and shoe factories are generally mass production factories that make a lot of the same items. Making shoes involves many processes such as sewing, cutting, and molding, and due to the nature of the product, it is very time-consuming, so I think it is inevitable that they end up being mass-produced.
However, with ladeco sneakers, you can make a pair of sneakers that are one of a kind! Please try making your own unique sneakers!
