At ladeco, you can choose from the following payment methods.
Payment will be confirmed when the product is shipped.

● Credit card payment (Shopify Payment)
This is a payment service provided by Shopify, the e-commerce mall where ladeco operates.
We accept Visa, Master card, AMEX and other credit cards.
At ladeco, we will confirm the payment on the day the product is shipped. After that, the card company will make the charge, so please contact your card company for the timing.

●Amazon Pay
Amazon Pay is a payment service provided to Amazon members, and allows you to make the same payments as with amazon.co.jp at online stores other than amazon.co.jp.
At ladeco, we will confirm your payment on the day the product is shipped. After that, Amazon will bill you, so please contact Amazon for the timing.

●Pay Later (Payday)
This is a deferred payment service that allows you to make payments using just your smartphone at online shops that have the Visa logo. Payment can be made the following month.
At ladeco, we will confirm the payment on the day the product is shipped. A bill will be issued by Payday on the 1st of the month following the shipping date, so please pay by the 10th of the month using the following methods.
Payment methods include convenience store payment (via convenience store terminals), bank transfer, direct debit and immediate payment.

<About the period from order to delivery of product>

* Because ladeco is made to order, we cannot accept cancellations of orders after production has begun. Please note that online sales are not subject to the cooling-off period.

●Under normal circumstances, we will produce and ship your order within 2 to 3 weeks after you place the order (after you make payment via shopping cart).
(Products are produced and inspected at overseas factories, then shipped internationally → re-inspected in Japan, shipped domestically → delivered to the customer. Therefore, delivery may be delayed, especially in the event of delays or problems in transportation, such as customs clearance being suspended.)
●In addition, if the production period falls during the long holidays of our overseas factories (Chinese New Year: around late January, Labor Day: from around the end of April, Mid-Autumn Festival: from around the end of September, etc.), delivery may be delayed by about a week.
*In addition, international situations may cause unforeseen disruptions to transportation.
